Hannah & Dom’s elegant French Riviera wedding took place at Chateau Les Crostes this past weekend. As their French Riviera Wedding Photographer, I was excited to photograph my second wedding at Chateau Les Crostes. Situated in Lorgues, the chateau has beautiful views over vineyards and olive groves. Dom and Hannah celebrated their intimate destination wedding in style, with elegant floral design by the lovely Elena from Tepee Sauvage and soft, elegant destination wedding styling by my wonderful friend Holly, from Wonderlust Events.

Their outdoor wedding ceremony took place under the trees on the terrace at Chateau Les Crostes. As a backdrop, they chose a ground ceremony arch, which complemented the setting perfectly. I loved using this meadow inspired, crescent-shaped floral backdrop for some of my portraits after the ceremony. These arches are the latest floral wedding trend and I’m excited to see more of these at my destination weddings!

Luxury wedding at Chateau Les Crostes:

Hannah & Dom treated their guests to a champagne tower after the ceremony. This was such a lovely way to start the cocktail reception and made for fabulous photos while they poured the champagne. I feel like these should be a must at French Riviera weddings! Little touches like these add a luxury feel to the day and the guests really enjoyed sharing this experience with the couple.

South of France wedding Photographer:

After the cocktail reception, their intimate dinner took place in the courtyard at Chateau Les Crostes. Set beneath the stars and beautiful festoon lighting, their tables were understated and elegant. Guests were treated to wedding favours local to Provence and sampled some of the local wines – a must-do when in the South of France! After dinner we snuck off for Hannah & Dom’s golden hour portraits. As the sun set over the olive groves at Chateau Les Crostes, we made the most of the golden light and I realised yet again how much I love being a French Riviera Wedding Photographer.
