Daniel & Esmee celebrated their intimate wedding day with their closest friends & family in London. Having found me through a Horniman wedding feature on London Bride we met up for a coffee earlier in the year. With elements such as light & vibrant colour being important to them, they booked me as their London elopement photographer.

The feel for their wedding was definitely ‘understated elegance’ – both of them are very stylish people. Esmee looked stunning in a gorgeous knee length lace number by Dolce & Gabbana with golden Jimmy Choos adding some sparkle and Daniel complemented her perfectly with his own dashing wedding look – top to toe in Saint Laurent.
After the civil ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall, the lovely couple and their guests strolled down the road to The Phene for a light lunch. I love the gorgeous terraced houses in Chelsea and we made the most of the setting for their couple portraits ending at one of my favourite bridges in London – Albert Bridge (yes I have favourite bridges). Daniel & Esmee then joined their guests at The Wolseley where a gorgeous dinner table, decorated with elegant flowers & candles awaited them – ready for a very special wedding meal with their 13 wedding guests.
I love shooting London weddings – the city is such an interesting backdrop for an urban wedding and it’s always fun exploring the streets of London with wedding / couple shoot clients.
Here are a few favourites from Daniel & Esmee’s beautifully intimate wedding day. Read more about my nomination as one of the top 45 UK wedding photographers, here.
Enjoy!
