With Covid-19 having had a severe impact on the wedding industry, I was overjoyed to when Hannah asked me to be involved in capturing this engagement picnic at The Four Seasons Hampshire. From Hannah: “With all of the uncertainty surrounding weddings and what can and cannot happen during Summer 2020, I wanted to spread love and share some positivity in the form of a gorgeous engagement shoot“. As you will see below, this picnic was the perfect setting for a romantic proposal, showing couples that love does conquer all. Beautifully styled by proposal planner Hannah, the sweet story was a feast for the eyes, with The Four Seasons Hampshire, creating the perfect backdrop. Four Seasons Hampshire engagement picnic:

This vibrant engagement shoot was made possible through the work of a group of talented wedding suppliers. The Four Seasons Hampshire created a safe environment for us to work in while socially distanced. Hannah’s good friends Claire & Steve agreed to model for us. Using a real-life couple, wearing their own outfits brought more authenticity to the story. Claire also did her own hair & make up to ensure social distancing. More from Hannah: “After meeting in July 2016 whilst on holiday in Rhodes, the couple kept in touch and swiftly had their first date as a weekend away in Canterbury. Fast forward 4 years, Claire and Steve had the perfect proposal in Monaco and are now engaged with a gorgeous little girl to keep them busy. Being asked to be models for the shoot seemed a fun idea. Some ‘us time’ is always welcome. They also saw the shoot as a lovely opportunity to create some memories – something to look back on from this time as an engaged couple.”
