When it comes to amazing views, Greenwich has some of the best in town. Overlooking the Thames and Canary Wharf, it is a popular spot for London engagement photography. I always enjoy exploring the area with my couples. It had been a while since my last engagement session in Greenwich, so I was looking forward to returning to South East London.
Tanveer & Sandeep chose Greenwich as the setting for their pre-wedding session as this was there they first met. We shot around Greenwich University, the Cutty Sark (the last surviving British tea clipper) and then ended up in Greenwich Park. Tanveer looked stunning in a vibrant floral dress which ended up matching the blooms in Greenwich village perfectly. Sandeep looked effortlessly handsome in slacks & a crisp white shirt.
Having a pre-wedding session is a wonderful way of getting to know my couples. If you’re nervous about being photographed, this session will help prepare you for the wedding day. My couples always tell me afterwards how much they enjoyed the session and that it was much more fun than they expected! ;-) My goal is to make the session as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, creating beautiful portraits that really communicate my couple’s personality. Whenever I do these sessions, it really doesn’t feel like work at all.
London engagement sessions always make me realise what a wonderful city we live in and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of creating romantic portraits in London.

I love the pretty golden gates leading into Greenwich Park.
Tanveer’s bold lip colour was a gorgeous match for her dress.
The Cutty Sark in the background. A true London landmark.
Head over heels in love.
I always encourage my brides to wear heels for their engagement session. Tanveer looked stunning in a pair of
her favourite heels.
