I really enjoy doing maternity sessions. Being pregnant is such a beautiful season in a woman’s life and I count myself very lucky to be able to capture this time for my clients.
For Jemma & Ross we chose to shoot at her parents’ beautiful family home in Twickenham. We started with some relaxed window-lit portraits indoors and then went for a stroll in the garden with their gorgeous puppy, Darcy (who I nearly took home with me). At the time of the shoot Spring was just arriving so we were fortunate enough to incorporate a few blossom trees. I love the softness flowers add to a maternity session and Jemma’s natural beauty really shone through in the images.
