I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Alison & Jason at the end of June. We started shooting in one of my favorite London spots – Borough Market and then wandered down to the river for sunset.

 

These two met at Jason’s restaurant called Coho in Old Harlow. Alison went there with a group of her friends for a birthday meal back in December 2011 even though they weren’t local, so it must have been fate! Unbeknownst to Alison, Jason had managed to get her number but felt it might be awkward to contact her so didn’t. Fast forward 4 months to May 2012, and Alison found herself back at Coho again with a few of her friends. After seeing her again, Jason got creative and found out where she worked. He sent her flowers & a pay as you go mobile phone with a text message from him asking her out. The rest as they say, is sweet history…

 

The big day is planned for October this year and I’m really looking forward to capturing it all and working with the lovely Kristina Gasperas again, who is doing Alison’s make up.
