Kerri & Rob’s wild flower wedding at Wasing Park.

Kerri & Rob are one of those couples you feel like you’ve known for the longest time. They are down to earth, easy-going and wonderfully warm so needless to say, we got on like a house on fire! ;-) They tied the knot on a beautiful Spring day in St Nicholas Paris church at Wasing Park – a venue I’ve been shooting weddings at since 2011.

Being outdoorsy people they chose a rustic, country wedding theme which featured wild flowers and soft Spring hues. I was very excited to work with one of the most talented (and loveliest) florists in the wedding industry – Lindsey from The White Horse Flower Company. We have worked together at Wasing a few times and every single time, she creates incredible bouquets and table arrangements which really complement the venue’s rustic country feel. Knowing how important the floral design was to Kerri, Lindsey went all out – from the ribbon in the trees outside the church, to the Peonies in hanging glass bottles outside the barn, to Kerri’s breath-taking bouquet, every little detail was lovingly put together and of course I loved photographing it all!

The day itself was perfect – start to finish. Kerri looked stunning in Suzanne Neville while her lovely bridesmaids wore Ted Baker. We had gorgeous weather, managed to work some cows into the photos (Kerri loves cows!) and were able to have most of the outdoors – even down to the cutting of the cake. I always enjoy shooting at Wasing Park, but I have to say, this wedding was one of my all time favourites at Wasing. Kerri & Rob, thank you for trusting me to capture your big day for you. I wish you all the love and happiness in the world!

Before I share my favourites from the day, here is a little note from Kerri & Rob: “We are so happy right now! We have just re-lived the day and all the emotions through the photos! They are unbelievably good, thank you soooooooo much! It was really good fun spending time with you and you were such a great help on the day too!! P.S. If I had to pick my top 3…the one of me and Rob in the summer house, the one of the ribbon hitting Rob in the face (and me laughing) and…..the COW!!! But I love them all! xxx”
